SCAT’s Boeing fleet now flies with wireless IFE and an upgraded digital experience, backed by Moment’s Flymingo Box
SCAT Airlines is boosting the inflight digital experience, for passengers and crew, thanks to a newly implemented partnership with Moment. The carrier deployed Moment’s Flymingo Box across its Boeing fleet, establishing a new baseline for a robust, aircraft-powered onboard digital infrastructure.
This partnership is part of our broader commitment to continuously improve the onboard experience for our passengers while supporting the modernization of our fleet.
– Vladimir Sytnik, Vice President of SCAT Airlines
The program will see streaming IFE available to passengers via their own portable electronic devices. Moment serves as the CSP in the partnership, facilitating content licensing and regular updates for SCAT.
The effort also includes integration of inflight retail. SCAT’s onboard retail program now runs via the Flymingo platform. Passengers can browse, order, and pay from their seat. Cabin crew are altered and fulfill the transactions. The company expects to see growth in the inflight retail program, with stronger ancillary revenue numbers as a result.
SCAT’s fleet contains 26 Boeing aircraft operating more than 2,200 monthly flights.
