Safran‘s newest mid-range economy class seats can now be installed on Embraer E-Jet aircraft. The company announced that the Z110i line was certified but the aircraft manufacturer and is now eligible for future deliveries or retrofits.
The Z110i comes in a range of configurations, starting with a non-reclining base model weighing in at 8.4 kg per passenger.
Options include an articulating recline, tablet holder or embedded in-flight entertainment screen.
The company also highlights the overall reduced parts count for ease of maintenance and improved reliability.
The Z110i can be delivered on short lead times according to the company.
