Alaska Airlines will ultimate offer 18 daily departures from Paine Field, though not all on day one. The service will ramp up over the course of a month “to ensure new operations are running smoothly” according to the company. Eight total destinations are planned to start. Launch of service also remains subject to government approval.

All flights to or from Paine Field prior to 31 March 2019 will also earn double points in the Alaska Airlines MileagePlan program. Registration is required prior to travel.

There is always a chance that Southwest Airlines or United Airlines, the other two carriers planning to serve Paine Field, show up with an earlier start date. That happened with the restoration of flights to Cuba when JetBlue swooped in after the others announced schedules. But, for now, February 11th is the focus.
UPDATE: Southwest no longer intends to serve the airport so only United could spoil this party now.
.@SouthwestAir will no longer start service at Paine Field, it has transferred slots for planned five daily flights to @AlaskaAir. Alaska will operate up to 18 daily flights from PAE in early 2019, subject to govt approvals
