
Launching a new inflight internet offering is a bold move these days. Competition is fierce, and new entrants typically need deep pockets to make a play. Immfly is undeterred.
The company’s recently launched LEO connectivity solution is not a theoretical offering. Executive Chairman and Co-founder Jimmy M. von Korff made clear in a conversation with PaxEx.Aero that the product is real, with signed customer contracts.
His expectations are measured; he admits his company is unlikely to be the number one IFC provider in the market. “But we’re happy to be a beautiful number two or number three, and especially a very recognized player in in that segment.”
