As JetBlue’s next generation of inflight internet enters service it will be backed by Quvia‘s Grid solution, providing management of the in-cabin network. The airline will use Grid to configure and control onboard network settings, monitor access points, and ensure consistent performance for customers from a common interface.
We built Quvia to be open, agile and adaptable, which gives JetBlue the ability to pair real-time performance data with control of its onboard network environment. That opens the door to a wider range of operational capabilities as their digital strategy evolves.

The deal is an expansion of the JetBlue/Quvia relationship. The carrier previously implemented Quvia Pulse to monitor Quality of Experience (QoE) across its connected fleet. Pulse tracks performance by route, time of day, and regional demand patterns. The resulting QoE scores help JetBlue ensure Fly-Fi meets customer expectations, and – more importantly – identify opportunities to improve reliability.
Quvia also counts Air Canada and Delta Air Lines as customers, reflecting a growing trend by airlines to secure independent performance metrics of the inflight connectivity experience.
