Breeze grows into Long Island, Palm Beach

New York’s Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) and Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) are slated to join the Breeze Airways network map in 2022, part of an eight route expansion for the airline. And with the move, a bit of shift in the way the company is planning its operations.

Breeze bets big on premium with new A220s

Breeze Airways expects strong demand for premium seating up-sells on its new A220 fleet. The carrier chose to fit 36 “Nicest” first class seats on board, filling the front half of the cabin. It is a massive bet on premium demand and ancillary sales for the company’s new service.

ExpressJet aims to fly as aha!

Small city airport grants for big airlines

Labor unions protest Breeze hiring program

The Breeze Airways era is underway. The carrier launched flights this morning from Tampa to Charleston, kicking off a 16 city network covering 39 routes expected to be in operation by the end of July. It is a bold start, with 13 planes anticipated in the fleet by the middle of the summer.
