Launch Customer for Immfly LEO
The carrier will also install the Gogo ESA on an A320, the first to fly for Immfly. The recently announced LEO program aims to disrupt the inflight connectivity market, bringing a new option for low cost airlines into play. The A320 already flies with the Equilux server which will connect to the antenna to provide improved passenger connectivity while preserving and boosting the existing inflight digital experience.
The LEO service is announced as a one year trial program.
All of the retail, entertainment, and connectivity services are powered by the on-board Equilux server, providing a consistent interface and experience. Equilux is connection-agnostic, allowing it to operate offline, with the narrowband Iridium service, or the broadband Eutelsat Oneweb capacity.
