Porter Airlines has a big plan to boost operations in Montreal. The carrier will develop a new terminal at Saint Hubert Longueuil Airport (YHU) on the other side of the St. Lawrence River.

SITA, NEC partner for touchless airport experience powered by your face

Touchless travel is top of mind for passengers today. Most developments on that front are for limited scenarios, such as just bag drop or just flight boarding gates. SITA and NEC want to change that through a new partnership launched today. The pair will integrate NEC’s I:Delight identity management platform with SITA Smart Path and SITA Flex to enable a secure walk-through travel experience from curb to aircraft.

American, DFW to build a $3bn Terminal F

The new Terminal F at DFW will sit nicely in the airport's footprint

American Airlines had big plans for its hub in Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). Today the airline and the airport announced a deal that will see a new Terminal F constructed with up to 24 gates available for the carrier. The work is expected to start immediately with entry into service by 2025. The project is expected to cost between 3-3.5 billion dollars.

New Istanbul Airport operations delayed two months
