In-flight WiFi connectivity is coming to the turboprop market. De Havilland Aircraft announced a series of enhancements to its Dash 8-400 offering, including integration of a Starlink in-flight internet kit on board.

Wamos adds streaming IFE with Moment Flymingo

Charter and leisure airline Wamos will bring in-flight entertainment on board. The carrier announced an agreement with Moment to deploy the Flymingo streaming IFE kit on a pair of A330s.

Ava Airways picks Flymingo for IFE as it plans 2022 launch

Ava Airways wants to be the flag carrier of the Dominican Republic. The company has been working for several years to build the necessary operational and route structure to serve the Caribbean market and beyond. COVID got in the way, delaying launch plans. But the company continues to move forward. And when it does launch passengers will have access to streaming entertainment thanks to a new contract signed with streaming IFE provider Moment.

SmartSky activates test corridor, moves towards nation-wide deployment

Alaska Airlines’ 737 MAX takes flight, without WiFi

Airbus launches line-fit Wireless IFE
