Air Canada's 737 MAX fleet is getting inflight connectivity but it might not be what was expected. The first radome installation is complete and it looks like a new vendor may be in play, with Thales breaking in to Gogo territory.

Iberia’s faster inflight internet service is now flying. The Gogo 2Ku service recently activated on multiple aircraft, delivering a significant upgrade for passengers on board.

ANA brings free internet to flights

Cathay goes Gogo; 2Ku coming to wide body fleet

Cathay Pacific is committing further to connectivity on its long-haul fleet. The carrier announced a contract with Gogo today to fit its 777 and A330 aircraft with the 2Ku product beginning in mid-2018. The full rollout is expected to be completed by 2020.

LATAM Brazil picks Gogo 2Ku for connectivity

Brazil is quickly becoming a hot market for inflight connectivity. LATAM is the latest to make a move, announcing today that it will fit 100 of its Brazil-based A320 aircraft with Gogo’s 2Ku solution. Installations will begin in the first half of 2018 and complete in early 2019.
