KLM, Transavia tap Airbus for single-aisle refresh

Expect to see A320neo family planes in the KLM blues from late 2023, thanks to a new fleet refresh order

Chalk up another 100 aircraft order for Airbus (plus 60 options). Air France-KLM announced a firm order to refresh the KLM, Transavia, and Transavia France fleets with A320neo family aircraft.

Qantas picks Airbus for fleet refresh

Norwegian brings back the MAX 8, with a twist

Norwegian agreed to lease a pair of Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft, bringing the type back into service at the carrier. The two planes will join the carrier’s operations “shortly” with a focus on meeting the Summer 2022 goal of serving approximately 270 routes.

Airbus snags another massive A321neo/A321XLR deal from Indigo Partners

When Indigo Partners decides to buy planes the company does not mess around. Previously responsible for the one of the largest orders of single-aisle planes in the world, the company continues its growth plans with a firm order for 255 additional A321neo aircraft, announced at this year’s Dubai Air Show. As with the prior deal, these planes will be distributed among the four low cost carriers owned by Indigo Partners around the world.

Saudia selects Inmarsat GX for A321neo connectivity

Lufthansa introduces Airspace interior on A321neo
