Aegean plans long(er) haul with A321neo shift

Aegean Airlines plans to fly a bit further from 2026. The carrier converted four of its pending A321neo orders to the long-range version of the aircraft, supporting flights up to 7.5 hours from its hub in Athens.

American orders 260 single-aisle aircraft for fleet up-gauging

American Airlines will take deliveries of 260 single-aisle aircraft in the decade ahead, with Airbus, Boeing, and Embraer all seeing new orders announced today

American Airlines is spreading its delivery timeline and its supplier base, with Embraer, Boeing, and Airbus involved. All told, the carrier announced firm orders for 260 aircraft on Monday, part of its plan to keep the fleet fresh into the next decade.
