Lufthansa has released photos of its new “Allegris” line of cabin seating, including the first images of the first class suites planned for its future fleet. The carrier will offer at least eight different types of seating on board its long-haul fleet going forward.
American Airlines plans a dramatic revamp to its 787-9 fleet. The carrier will introduce new premium cabin seats on board, including sliding door suites, according to documentation shared with employees.
Look for a new business class seat flying on Air New Zealand in the months ahead. It includes an option dubbed “Business Premier Luxe” at the front of the business class cabin.
British Airways will install its updated Club Suites business class across its Heathrow-based 777 fleet. Retrofits are expected to complete by the end of 2022.
The new Qatar Airways 787-9 formally enters service this week. The carrier will introduce the aircraft, including updates to both the business and economy class cabins, on key routes to to Europe and Asia.
