JetBlue selects Thales AVANT for A220 IFE
JetBlue’s A220-300 fleet will bring a new passenger experience to the airline. But it will do so with familiar partners. The carrier announced today that the planes will fly with the Thales AVANT inflight entertainment (IFE) solution on board. Delivery for the first of seventy A220s to the carrier is due in 2020.
Air Canada confirms Thales as 737 MAX WiFi provider
The news was not particularly secret. Still, confirmation proved elusive until today. Air Canada now affirms its selection of Thales as the inflight wifi provider on its 737 MAX fleet.

Spotting 737 MAX aircraft in the air these days is relatively rare. Boeing continues to run occasional test flights, in addition to moving planes to out of the way airports as it stores new build frames. United Airlines is moving its fleet to Goodyear Airport on the west side of Phoenix, Arizona this in a move that it suggests is tied to storage needs and eventually preparing to return the planes to service. And then there's a single plane flying around northern Canada for some strange reason.

The original announcement between Thales Inflyt and Spirit Airlines laid out an aggressive plan to fit the low cost carrier's fleet with inflight connectivity service.
